2. Paid Courses

For our paid online courses, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee under the following conditions:

• A refund request must be submitted in writing to info@adskill.live within 7 days of the course purchase date.
• The student must have completed less than 25% of the total course content (including videos, quizzes, and downloadable materials).
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-15 business days.

3. Non-refundable Circumstances

No refunds will be issued in the following cases:

• After 7 days from the date of purchase.
• If a student has completed 25% or more of the course content.
• For any promotional or discounted course purchases, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer.
• If a student has violated our terms of service, including sharing account access or course materials.
